Delivery Policy

Product Packaging

Once you order, we will pack your items within 2-3 days. For larger quantities, we will pack and send them in containers. Smaller special products will be packed in cartons, and most products will be packed in wooden boxes to make sure they arrive in good condition.

Delivery Time

ASIATOOLS aims to have enough products ready to send out all orders within 15 working days. But sometimes, certain items, especially more unique ones, may be out of stock because they're really popular. If something is not in stock or needs to be specially ordered, it might take up to 30 days to get to you. If it takes longer than that, we'll let you know.

Special Conditions

Most orders usually arrive on time. For deliveries, it's best if someone can sign for the package during work hours.

Most items in our store come with free shipping. But for unique or big items, there might be an extra charge for packaging. Also, sometimes the standard delivery cost might not be enough for heavy or bulky things. In these cases, we might need to add an extra cost, and we'll talk to you about it before shipping. We can also work with an exporter or forwarder – just get in touch for more info.

If, for reasons beyond our control, we can't deliver the goods within 14 days after telling you they're ready, we can arrange storage for you. When this happens, the risk of the goods passing to you, and getting the warehouse receipt, will count as getting the goods. You'll need to pay any storage or insurance costs within 30 days of getting the bill from us.
