2. High Cutting Efficiency: The upgraded version of the pneumatic chamfer tool comes with a new chrome-plated all-aluminum shell and high-quality bearings. It is equipped with high-precision, heat-treated blades for improved performance, smoother deburring and chamfering.
3. Smooth chamfering: The speed can reach up to 60,000 rpm, with chamfering capacity of C0.1~1.0, depth range of 0.1-0.9mm. The rear of the tool has a stepless speed control gate, allowing for the free adjustment of intake speed: accelerate in forward rotation, decelerate in reverse rotation.
4. Stable Speed: The pneumatic metal beveling tool can bear high impact and high speed with minimal vibration, low resistance, and reduced wear. The increased speed results in smoother chamfering, making the beveling machine more durable.

Applications

The portable air chamfering tool, with its thinnest nut lock bearing, can chamfer in the narrowest and shallowest spaces.

It's suitable for deburring various angles, including straight edge, inner and outer round hole, and irregular angle, such as keyway and polygonal chamfering.

It also serves as a deburring tool for metal trimming and round R side chamfering.
